Fixing obstructions that cause Interruptions
Fixing obstructions that cause interruptions with your Starlink can be done in several ways:
Utilise the “Obstruction” tool in the Starlink App to locate an obstruction-free area on your property and then relocate your Starlink there.
When moving your Starlink, make sure to unplug it and then reboot the system.
If you can’t find a clear view on your property, consider the following options:
a. Fully clear the obstruction, such as by removing branches or other obstacles.
b. Use Click Data and WiFi Starlink Roof Mount options available (click here to view range) to elevate your Starlink above the obstruction, ensuring a clear line of sight.
If you consistently experience dropouts due to obstructions, any of the above solutions will provide a quicker and personalised improvement to your situation.
