How can I change my Service Plan?

To change your Starlink service plan, follow these steps once your Starlink has been shipped:

Website

Go to the Starlink website and log in to your account.

Under “Your Starlinks,” select “Manage” next to the Starlink you want to update the service plan for.

Click on “Change Service Plan.”

Choose the desired service plan. By switching plans, you agree to the terms and conditions of the new plan.

Starlink App

Make sure you are logged into your account on the Starlink App.

Select the ‘Person” icon.

Under the Starlink you wish to change the service plan for, choose “Manage Subscription.”

Select “Change Service Plan.”

Pick the desired service plan. By making this change, you accept the terms and conditions of the new plan.

Please note the following regarding changing service plans:

Upgrading to a higher-cost plan will take effect immediately, and you will be charged a pro-rated cost based on the monthly cost difference and the time remaining in your current billing cycle.

Switching to a lower-cost plan will keep your current service plan until the start of your next billing cycle when the new plan will take effect. You will be charged the new monthly service cost at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

If you switch to a plan with the same cost, the change will be immediate, and there will be no additional cost to you.

The ability to change from a Mobile plan to a Fixed (Standard, Priority) plan is subject to available capacity. If capacity is not available, you won’t see the option to change.
