Two CLICK Starlink insert sizes available for poles with internal diameters of:
- 40mm (Hills Style) Metal Insert or,
- 38mm (Jonsa, Matchmaster Style)
- tap down with a piece of wood and a hammer until flush,
- add a rivet (or tek screw) 60-65mm from top of insert to hold the insert in place, and
- CLICK in your Starlink dish!
A rivet should be used down the pole when insert is flush to fully secure the Click insert. You may use a tek screw, but be warned that sharp edges may damage the Starlink cable if you run the cable internally of the pole. MAKE SURE THE RIVET IS PLACED LOW ENOUGH TO NOT GET IN THE WAY OF THE DISH STEM. We recommend installing the rivet 60-65mm from the top of the pole.
