Understanding the Functionality of the Pause Service Feature

How to Utilise the Pause Service Feature:

The ability to pause service is exclusively available to Mobile (Regional/Global) and Mobile Priority service plans.

On the Website:

Log in to your account on starlink.com.

Navigate to “Your Starlinks” and click on “Manage.”

Click on “Pause Service.”

On the Starlink App:

Ensure you are logged into your account on the Starlink App.

Select the ‘Person’ icon.

Choose “Manage Subscription.”

Tap on “Pause Service.”

If you decide to pause your service before the end of your current billing period, you will continue to receive service for the remainder of that period. When you un-pause your service, the monthly subscription fee will be charged immediately, but on a pro-rated basis. The charge will depend on the plan’s monthly cost and the time remaining on your pre-determined account billing cycle.
