Starlink service plans are designed to cater to various internet needs for users and businesses globally, offering flexibility and convenience without contracts or exclusivity requirements. Here’s an overview of the available plans:

STANDARD PLAN

– Unlimited Standard Data.

– Suitable for personal, family, or household use at a fixed, land-based location.

– No additional priority features or options.

PRIORITY PLAN

– Available in 1TB, 2TB, and 6TB Priority Data plans.

– Intended for high-demand users, such as businesses, prosumers, governments, and institutions at a fixed, land-based location.

– Priority Data is given network precedence over Standard and Mobile Data, ensuring faster and more consistent speeds during peak usage.

– Upon exhausting Priority Data, users receive unlimited Standard Data, which may result in slower speeds compared to customers with Priority Data.

– Option to purchase additional Priority Data on a per GB basis or upgrade the service plan.

– Includes priority customer support and public IPs.

MOBILE PLAN

– Unlimited Mobile Data available in Regional and Global plans.

– Designed for low-demand, portable, land-based use, ideal for camping, RVs, or nomadic living.

– Regional plan for use within the continent of order placement, and Global plan for use in any land-based location with active Starlink coverage worldwide.

– Ability to pause service and purchase Mobile Priority Data on a per GB basis.

– Coverage includes marinas, ports, inland areas (lakes, rivers, etc.), and an option to pay by the GB for Mobile Priority Data on the ocean.

– In-motion use for Mobile Data is limited to speeds less than 10mph.

MOBILE + MOBILE PRIORITY (opt-in)

– Customers can opt-in to purchase Mobile Priority Data on a per GB basis as a Mobile (or “Roam”) customer.

– Mobile Priority Data enables the fastest network speeds and can be used on land and in the ocean, wherever Starlink provides coverage worldwide.

– Offers flexibility for travel, such as weekend excursions at sea or international trips.

MOBILE PRIORITY PLAN

– Available in 50GB, 1TB, and 5TB Mobile Priority Data plans.

– Designed for high-demand, maritime, and in-motion users needing global access across land and ocean.

– Mobile Priority Data receives network precedence for faster and more consistent speeds during peak usage.

– Upon exhausting Mobile Priority Data, the service’s behavior depends on the location of use:

– Inland coverage (including lakes and rivers): Unlimited Mobile Data for the remainder of the month, with potential slower speeds during network congestion.

– Ocean: Unable to connect to the internet, except to access the Starlink account for purchasing additional Mobile Priority Data or upgrading the service plan.

– Ability to pause service and purchase additional Mobile Priority Data on a per GB basis or upgrade the service plan.

Other Information:

Best Effort: Invite-only service for existing pre-order customers in areas where Standard service is at capacity. Utilises Mobile Data, with deprioritisation behind Standard users, resulting in slower speeds.
